You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing tags will not be accepted for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may experience processing delays. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The timing of the refund posting to your account may vary depending on your financial institution's processing times.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For returns that qualify for free return shipping, we will deduct the original shipping charges from your refund amount.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement to confirm the refund hasn't been processed. Some financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
If you've confirmed with your bank that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us immediately with your order details and we will investigate the matter. We may need to coordinate with our payment processor to trace the refund transaction.
